On tap @ Főzdefeszt 2012 autumn - Cloudy golden colour with a thick white head which lasts long. Tons of citrussy and resinous hop aromas supported by some malty, bready sweetness and a touch of cloves. The smooth fruitiness os the yeast is very pleasant, but quickly overran by the piney and fresh hop flavours. Medium body and carbonation, long dry finish with enduring decent hop bitterness. A very exciting, remarkable IPA.
On tap @ Csakajósör 2013 spring 2nd batch - The yeast got some more role I think. More smooth fruitiness with mango, banana and pineapple. Very nice, refreshing unique IPA. matis (262) - Warsaw, POLAND - APR 19, 2014
On tap @ Csak a Jó Sör in Budapest - may 2013, second batch. Hazy golden colour. Pleasant strong hoppy aroma. Taste is very unusual, due to the fermentation with hefeweiss yeast - gentle sour, sweet and citrus fruits but after that nice medium biterness. I remember this wonderful taste after almost a year. On tap at Főzdefeszt 2012 autumn. Very delicious, hoppy aroma with special wheatbeer feeling bacuse of the yeast. The bitterness of the hop ges well with the yeast. The flavours support each other. Fruits, banana and citrus. Heavy bitter taste. Delicious sweetness from the yeast, but the hops’ bitterness rules everything. Medium body, creamy texture, average carbonation. Hazy deep golden color, beautiful, big, creamy off-white foam.
Citruses, sweet aroma with some malt.
Strong, resinous hop line, detected hefe yeast, strong, long dry bitter aftertaste resident.
Medium body, carbonate enjoyable, unique and decent IPA
Colour of peach juice, medium white head. Aroma is complex: mango, lemon, grapefruit, hops (lots of them) + a bit of cookies and wheat. Taste is bitter, variety of citruses. Very good beer! morangochris (19) - Budapest, HUNGARY - MAY 4, 2013
2nd batch. Light amber hazy colour with a dense foam. Light smell of the yeast. Start with a sweet fruity taste and rolls gently into citric bitterness of the hops. Dry aftertaste with the sweet taste which appears again. Very well ballanced IPA. One of the best Hungarian beers ever tasted. hazy dark golden colour, significant off-white head; very pleasant aroma of citruses (mainly grapefruit), fresh bitterness and some malty notes with banana (?); taste is fully dominated by hoppy bitterness and very intensive citrussy notes, however some maltyness can also be felt and I would say that the effect of the used yeast line is also detectable slightly in the taste and aroma (something from the freshness of wheatbeers);excellent IPA!
