Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear amber with an off-white head. Nutty nose with a whiff of phenols. Medium body, dry caramalized malts and a surprisingly bitter finish. Nothing much going on, but fairly straight. 260112 pharkanklaus (34) - KBH N, DENMARK - OCT 12, 2011
From bottle @ hotelroom in Jutland. Pours red-amber w nice medium lasting head. Piney nose. Low carbon. Caramel with a medium dry grassy taste. Fairly high lasting bitterness. The Nelson-hops is traceable. I’m not sure where the grassy, piney notes come from.

Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, salty licorice hops, licorice notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
Bottle, bought @ Havnens Vin & Tobak, Vejle.
Sligthly pale red-amber with a big, frothy, off-white head. Nice duration. Aroma is malty sweet, some caramel, light red berries, some peach and plant sap and resin. Medium to high carbonation with a fine, dry and light creamy palate. Flavour is a bit yeasty with some cardboard character in the front, some sweet caramel maltiness, still a little bit of red berries. Good, sharpish, lingering bitterness in the finish. Sad that the yeasty character is there, otherwise it would have been very nice.
