Aroma is cherries, dark malts and musty/vinous notes. The flavor is dark malts, oak, fruit, vinous and a long and sour/tart/acidic finish. thegreenrooster (4402) - St.louis, Missouri, USA - DEC 4, 2014
Pour is an almost black with a small white head. Aroma is some chocolate malt, molasses and a fruity hop. Flavor is a bitter roast with some chocolate notes, a slight mint and bit of hops hiding in the backround. Finish leaves a of roast and molasses on the tongue. A decent beer, not as intense as some impy stouts, but worth a try.
