COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pilsners were certainly some of the original light beers, but only in color, certainly not in flavor! Our Pilsner has a pleasant malt flavor, a medium body and a finely balanced hop character. We use premium Bohemian pilsner malt and imported specialty malts along with prized Czech Saaz hops to craft this fine lager beer for your summer.

This is a pretty solid pilsener by any standard. Golden and hazy. Thin, white head. Aroma is super light lemon. Has a very nice, grassy hop body. Nice amount of bitterness. Tried for the first time years ago at the brewery. Now they're bottling it and I can't believe I've never rated it before.

12oz bottle. A solid offering. Grassy, dry, with a crackery clean malt backdrop. Almost has a touch of lemony Sorachi Ace type of a feel..but I guess it is all Saaz. There is something not quite perfect about it...doesn't really have any nice lagering tone. Better than a typical US Pils, would like to try it on tap.

Sampler at brewpub. Pours golden and clear with a white head. Leaves some lacing in the glsss. Has some grass notes on the nose and tongue. Finished clean. Solid example of style.

12floz bottle, BBD: 09.22.2017, paid $9 for a six-pack, and poured this bottle’s contents into a nonic glass. Bubbles rise in the middle of the golden body to support a thick half finger of foam. Very nice nose consists of herbs, grass, and hay. This is a very fine Americanized pilsner. The hops are fresh providing vibrancy, and cereal grains provide just enough of a base to to lend a bit of grit. The body is light, but flavor flavor is maximum in this pilsner. More traditional than what most American craft brewers produce as pilsners. I approve.

On tap at Free State. Pours a golden color with white head. Crisp, pils malts, noble hops flavors. Very solid pilsener.

On tap, minimal smell, some sweet maltiness. Smooth malts and a little floral hops go down easy. There is some herbal dryness in the finish with a rough grainy palate. As it gets warmer it gets more grainy and oily and less smooth. ok beer.

Draught at Waldo Pizza. Pours a clear pale yellow. Aroma is clean with hints of wheat. Flavor is citrus, wheat. Very crisp. Finish is slightly bitter. I’m not much a fan of pilsener, but I find this one refreshing.

Tap @ Waldos KC. Slightly hazy, golden yellow appearance with a white head. Kind of a still, grainy, pils malty nose. Somewhat bitter, mildly hoppy, grainy pils flavor. Pretty tasty.
