UPDATED: DEC 8, 2013 Draft at beer fest. Pours clear amber with minimal head. The aroma has some and biscuit. The taste is sweet bready caramel. Lagers are not my forte but this is fairly bland. DocLock (10660) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 10, 2013
Draft at Capone’s. Poured ruddy brown, like an old penny, with minimal off-white head. Nose was caramel malt, bready, earthy and mildly nutty. Tasted predominantly of bready caramel malt, not sweet but matched by earthy and nutty palate notes. Pretty smooth and with an intense/dense palate heft. hopdog (12486) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 10, 2013
