Destiny’s Wit – Our traditionally-styled Belgian White Ale is crafted using a variety of malts and spices. Rather than competing for individual attention these ingredients harmonize for a complex, well-rounded, drinking experience. A silky feeling envelops the palate; subtle sweetness balances the spice before yielding to a delicate, tart, finish that is highlighted with a touch of white pepper. 5.7% ABV / 12 IBUs

Hazy yellow pour. Fruity aroma. Tastes like banana pudding. Soft with no carbonation. Opposite of crisp. Good chick beer but not a good wit.

voyageurmike (448) - Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 10, 2016
Draft at the brewery. Hazy pale yellow color, medium body. Some lemon in the flavor. Unpleasant aroma.

jgb9348 (6328) - Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia, USA - APR 15, 2016
Clear light golden coloured body with a copper glow and a thinnish, single centimetre tall tan head. Aroma of pale malt, wheat, light grass and a touch of candy. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong wheatie flavour with some curacao, grass, hay and a touch of funk - relatively light and subdued. Aftertaste shows some sweetness and orange flavours along with a grassy and herbal finish. Overall, a decent wit with more of a wheat flavour than of coriander seed, curacao and yeast complexities, which makes it more of a wheat ale, but not a bad option overall. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Liqour Outlet in Boonton, New Jersey on 22-December-2015 for US$1,52 sampled at home in Washington on 14-April-2016.

burg326 (5489) - Florida, USA - FEB 8, 2016
Poured a cloudy pale yellow color with aromas of yeast, wheat and some light pepper. Flavors are clean wheat and yeast light esters as well decent basic overall a watered down Florida cracker from ccb

j12601 (12700) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - JUN 27, 2015
Bottle split with my wife. Pours a hazed gold with a huge white head that eventually settles down. Musk and dusty yeast with a touch of spice and wheat. Medium bodied, sweet wheat, musk, light yeast. Sweet yeast and musk into the finish.

katrinaez (2106) - norristown, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 7, 2015
Tap at brewery. Great Color and cloudy. Liked the spice and balance. Would have again but not run or to buy.

pet3rman (375) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 3, 2015
Average Wit. Sweet orange peel, raspberry aroma. Astringent most-feel - Can tell it is 5.7% vs. lower ABV of other Wits. Mild coriander spice and orange peel flavor.

badwhale (420) - Bitterville, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 12, 2015
Bottle to pilsner glass. Pours a cloudy yellow with sparse head. A fluffy soapy mouthfeel with lemon flavors and bread yeasty notes.

BREWMUSKCLES (2698) - New Jersey, USA - JAN 4, 2015
some sweetness and vegetable like wheat. a bit of lemon lime soda in there and not a whole lot else. some white pepper on the tongue.

ndfreak77 (126) - USA - NOV 16, 2014
Pours a cloudy pale orange with a generous white head. Fermented citrus and malt aroma. Taste of sweet and sour citrus perhaps orange and grapefruit. Finishes with citrus hops, but leaves a sweet aftertaste.
