Travlr (27328) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - JUN 7, 2012
Draft. Cloudy golden amber color, small white edge head. Aroma of peppery butterscotch and mild funk. Taste starts as sweet butterscotch, then sour summer fruits with a subtle burnt edge. Needs a bit of work.

hopdog (13606) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 14, 2012
On tap at Capone’s. Poured a golden color with a smaller sized head. Spices, some lighter funkiness, and fruity. Lighter sour finish, but not enough for me to have guessed a sour.

DocLock (11301) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 25, 2012
Draft at Capone’s. Pours translucent gold with a finger of white lingering head. Nose is fruity malt, mild acidity and hops. Tastes of fruity pale malt, with mild tartness and some wheat and lemongrass in the finish.

UPDATED: OCT 7, 2013 On tap at Devils Den, glowing yellow pour with a snow white head. Pretty good lacing. Aromas are bready, bannana, clove, and shampoo. Taste is fruits, mangos, bannana, and orange slices. Very fresh and crisp.

egajdzis (6994) - Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 16, 2013
Hazy golden color with a white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of hay, light honey, grass, and green apple.taste of citrus, earth, hay, green apple, and light vinegar.

dmac (6647) - Toms River, New Jersey, USA - AUG 2, 2012
Draft at Capones. This was absolutely horrible. The aroma was a combination of dirty wet dish towels and sour milk. The flavor was actually worse, a combo of sour milk, spoiled lemons and rotting garbage. I couldn’t even finish the 4oz flight glass this came in.

Ok, this is not a sour. Its more like a sweet something from the start. Fairly clear. Smell is almost alarmiongly sweet. Sweetness continuews over to the taste. could use some manners fer sure. For the name, was expecting a more sour or tart beer but I guess it was sour mash, that’s what needs to be said here. Mouth coating. Somewhat cloying at times.

callmemickey (4561) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 28, 2012
Hazy pale golden-yellow body, slight white head, not much staying power. Nose is apple cider vinegar, lemon, and must. Not particularly pleasant. Flavor carries over and is quite difficult to work through. Medium bodied, appropriate carbonation, unsettling acidity, muddled finish.

alobar (4037) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 19, 2012
Maize colored pour with a grain, fruit, and slight tart aroma. Citrus flavor with spice, grain, and just a hint of sour. Much more saison than sour.

reggiedunlop (3726) - The dub c, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 25, 2012
Pours a hazy pale yellow with a medium white head. Aroma has mild lemony/wheaty tartness...reminds me of some berlinerweisses. Flavor is grapefruity...rindy...light lemon...very wheaty/yeasty...also reminiscent of tripels in a way. Mouthfeel is medium/full with a grapefruit/rindy finish.
