Bottle from Capone’s. Pours turbid dark straw toward orange with 1-finger frothy white head. Nose is dry florals, white peppery, hopcit, mild funk. The flavor profile reminds me a bit of Flower Power; pretty dry, floral, and a bit bier de gardy, with a huge hop and tropical citrus nose and favor. This one is stellar.
Delightful little nibble. Hoppy bite with a silky smoothness. Like a nice set of satin sheets.

Strong floral aroma, golden, light body. Belgian yeast profile, did no know it was a Saison until I rated the beer. callmemickey (4542) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 5, 2014
Golden-orange body, large white head, soapy lacing. Pine, citrus, some yeasty esters, and spice. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, clean, semi-dry finish. Ratman197 (14680) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - DEC 11, 2013

12 oz. bottle from a trade with a friend on untappd.com. I like the label. Hazy gold with lasting head. Nose was grassy / floral hops with a touch of yeast. The flavor was a nice balance of spicy Belgian yeast upfront with the floral, grassy hops in the finish. Hints of pine. Medium in body with a dry texture. This was a nice surprise, very tasty and well worth a try. BillKismet (4041) - Seattle, Washington, USA - OCT 10, 2013
Orangish body sporting a light head. The nose rocks with acerbic, co-humulone-heavy, and cat urine notes. Highly twangy and tannic body, again, with the reappearance of cat urine. Altogether discordant on the both the nose and the palate. keepersj12 (3114) - Sicklerville, New Jersey, USA - AUG 28, 2013
Free Will seems to like hops. This Saison was not particularly true to the style but still quite nice. The aroma had a bit of spice along with some citrus and pine. The flavor was subtle with a bit of spice and a lot of hops. Very dry and refreshing. On tap at Pinocchios in Media.

Solid ale, light in body, some citrus, mild hops. Easy drinking beer with Mike hips left on palate. Not top tier.
