Good stuff. I like it! This brewery has really moved on from what they used to be. More adventurous than before

Bottle (Apr 26, 2017 bottling). Head is initially average sized, frothy, white, mostly lasting. Body is hazy light to medium yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly to moderately hoppy (melon, apricot, grapefruit), with light notes of butter, onion, plastic. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/velvety texture, lively carbonation, lightly alcoholic. Some off notes bring down the nose, but the hops themselves are ok (if you’re into the tutti-frutti fruit cocktail sorta thing). A bit too acidic in the mouth for my tastes, but it’s ultimately balanced well enough. Mediocre.
