COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Malty, dry, roasty brown ale, brewed with our house British ale yeast.  Medium body with sweet chocolate and roast flavors.  Closer to a porter than an amber.  A quaffable brown ale for the early Spring. Ingredients:  Organic malted barely, organic hops, house British ale yeast.

Brown draft pour in Charleston at Henrietta's. Sticky off white head. Brown sugar and sweet. Solid for the style.

UPDATED: JAN 3, 2017 Draft at Morgan Creek The brown ale poured a dark brown color with a small tan head and lacing. The aroma of roasted malt greets you. Nicely balanced brown ale. The taste of toasted malt is most evident. The medium body ale has soft carbonation. Clean finish with no lingering bitterness.

On tap in Greenville, SC. Pours with a clear dark reddish brown body topped by a very good tan head. Spotted lacing. Aroma: stale and roasted grains Flavor: like the aroma but better and more robust, excellent bitter/sweet balance. Modest complexity. Feel: medium body. Smooth.
