Cask Conditioned at a Wetherspoons. Brown amber beer with pale head. Fruity sweet malty beer, a little cloying on the tongue. Some plummy notes and a background pear drop flavour. UPDATED: MAY 31, 2013 Cask-conditioned at the JDW on Whitehall, 28/5/2013. Attractive, deep copper with a tight, off white head. Toffee, with some red fruits and then not much else until a metallic, bitter finish. Not for me.
