Nice deep straw color with alnost no head at all. Lemon nose, with a slight grain smell. Nice light citrus tart taste perfect for the hot summer days. Plenty of carbonation to make the mouthfeel spot on to me.

Tap at freetail. The look is very yellow in color, clear, with a light white head. The smell is very tart, strong lemon, wheat, and cleaning solution. The taste is tart but not sour, sort of weak, heavy lemon, and wheat.

On tap at freetail. Pours a hazy light gold with a white head that starts at the edges and remains. Aroma has notes of tropical fruits and a light tartness backed by a hint of sweetness. Flavor starts tart with tropical fruit and mellows to a slight tartness and sweet grain. Very drinkable.

Mora2000 (6158) - McKinney, Texas, USA - MAY 21, 2011
On tap at Freetail during the bottle release of Woodicus and Bandito. One of five sours on tap. The beer pours a golden yellow color with a white head. The aroma is heavy on the wheat with some sour lemon notes mixed in. The flavor is similar, with a few other notes. I get a lot of lemon and wheat notes, but I also get some juicy tart cherries. The beer is very dry and very drinkable. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. A very nice sour beer from a great brewpub.

Had on tap at Freetail .. . now this is a quality sour ale!! .. . pours a shimmering gold with low foam .. . amazing tartness, unique and fun .. . Don’t listen to the pussies who say this is to sour, this is assertive, clean, and refined, and ultimately complex!.. . i can’t wait til this goes into bottles, when it does i’m hiring a school bus and all my friends and neighbors will be first in line so i can have all the bottles!!!.. . if this is put in caged 750’s and sold in belgium, this would be a world beater!! ..as long as i look happy doing it, people just think i’m senile...

Fratto (2845) - Arlington, Texas, USA - FEB 13, 2011
On tap at Freetail. Bright yellow pour with a small head. Aroma is sour fruit, tart, and Lemonheads. Taste is tart as hell, bad grapes, wood, puckering, and dry.
