A-off the tap. Very welcoming hazy pinkish orange. It almost glows.
S- tart grapes, champagne, touch of funk.
T- huge dill/pickle flavor. Gentle vinegar tartness, some peach and earthy notes as well. Mostly dill.
M- medium soft drink consistency, lively carbonation.
O- Like I said, there's a huge pickle flavor with some other notes but its mainly dominated by the dill. Very easy to drink though, very easy on the eyes, and intriguing on the taste buds. It's good, I imagine it pairs well with a bunch of foods.

Pours a cherry red with a nose of cucumber. Flavor is cucumber, zesty salad greens, and tomato. Tingly on the tongue.
Beer? Fuck that. - Walt Powell
(draught) cloudy yellow, lasting white fine bubbles. Nose of pear, biscuit, stone fruit, very very faint tartness. Taste is also very slightly tart, butter, cracker, hints of the fruit from the nose that don’t come through. Buttery slick finish. bu11zeye (13140) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - SEP 13, 2012
(Draught) Pours a murky grapefruit juice body with a medium white head. Aroma of prickly pear, herbs, and vinegar. Flavor of cucumbers, dill, prickly pear, and vinegar.

On tap at brewpub. Pours a pink color with small pink head. The aroma is vinegar and spice. Thin mouthfel with a bitter fruit and light sour finish. Not much going on with this one. HighWine (959) - Whalezbro, Illinois, USA - MAY 22, 2012
Tap flight at the brewery. Pink grapefruit color with a bright white foam head that clings to the glass and reduces to a tall ring around the top of the pour. Aroma is of..pickle juice. Literally, pickle juice. So is the taste. Pickle juice up front with a buttery flavor at the end. Moderately sour. The bartender steered me away from this one and for good reason. I can appreciate the work that went into creating this beer but pickle juice probably wasn’t the intended flavor profile.
