On tap at Freetail. Pours a cloudy yellow with small frothy white head. The aroma is a strong lemon zest, funk, yeast. Thin mouthfeel with nice tart lemon, light oak, and nice sour finish. Very good. slimchill (1044) - Austin, Texas, USA - NOV 29, 2012

Shaker pint draft at the brewpub in San Antonio, Texas. Pour is a cloudy hazed copper yellow with a minimal white head. Aroma is slight sour, wheat grain, and a yeasty coriander. Taste is the sour wheat grain up front, followed close behind by the mineral coriander and lemongrass. The finish and aftertaste are a touch dirty and dull. Palate is medium bodied, with light carbonation. Overall, a well constructed and nice tasting Wit.

Looks like a wit... cloudy, good carbonation, fine white head. Almost looks like grapefruit juice. Sour wit aroma, lightly spiced wit flavor. A little flat-tasting/muted for the level of carbonation. Muted finish, thin, but interesting. SudsMcDuff (8429) - .....Manchester United.........., Texas, USA - JAN 3, 2010

Draft at the brewery. Hazy light yellow color. Nose is very tart and citrusy-interesting. Flavors of tart citrus, tangy, light yeast. Light body and a good summer beer. Enjoyable. thirdeye11 (6160) - Dallas, Texas, USA - OCT 11, 2009
(Growler thanks to travita) Pours cloudy whitish yellow with good head and lacing. Nose of coriander, sour cherries, cinnamon and lemon. The taste is quite spicy, lemon zest, and great subdued sour flavors that make this one very refreshing. Nice oily body that is watery enough to be super drinkable. Maybe the easiest to drink beer I’ve ever had, and definitely the best witbier. bu11zeye (13029) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - OCT 9, 2009
