murky amber pour, thinnest cream ring head. Nose is stinging acetic with manure, wet earth, and mushroom. Flavor is old and burnt, earthy and musty across the mid, sweetness throughout especially finish, light caramel and more green sourness. Sticky, grainy body. UPDATED: APR 30, 2013 Thanks to whomever sent this my way! Nice dark brown pour, soapy head and carbonation. Oud bruin nose with modest wet oak. Mouthfeel is light and fairly acetic. Some interesting accents in this one, black pepper and mild chocolate in addition to the tart base. Red wine, dark notes. brnandersen (3870) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - NOV 12, 2014
Sample from 65 cl. bottle. Dark, amber colour with a lighter tint. Lightly tanned head. Sour aroma with lemons, wood, fruits. Taste is sour. Some acetone. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes sour with lemons. More acetone. Lovely paint thinner - I enjoyed it. Steve_0 (3745) - Denver, Colorado, USA - JUL 20, 2013

The beer is reddish amber hued with an inch of foamy beige head. The aroma offers red wine, tannins, oak, acetic yeast, port, currants. Smells nice. The flavor follows suit, offering nice complexity and balance. A nice tart finish with alcohol content well disguised. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. A delightful beer to sip and savor.

Bottle 65 cl. Pours a clear, orangey brown with a rich, creamy and lacing beige cappuchinoish head. Tart balsamico aroma, combined with some sweet vanilla oak. Medium-bodied, caramel initially but then a complex tart red wine balsamico note sets in. Not bad if not the most complex of its sort. 081114 bleeng (1681) - Seattle still not near Beersel., Washington, USA - JAN 12, 2013
