"Sour red reminiscent of a slightly duller Oude Tart, with the aging in port barrels giving it a nice acidity and a little extra sweetness and oak. Finish is just ok, but it’s a solid sour..."

Bottle: Poured a deep red/dark burgundy color ale with a average size foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma consists of oak and vinous notes with light acidic notes. Taste is a nice mix between some port notes with light woody notes and some vinous notes. Acidity level is quite balanced with a nice level of tart notes.
