Tap flight at the brewery. Light apricot color, white ring for a head. Soapy, lavender honey aroma. Taste is perfume with cereal, lavender, jasmine, and clover honey. English bitter hops provide depth. Moderately complex and somewhat slick in the mouth. Flavorful.

Bright cloudy yellow. No head and very cold. Nice spicy, horseblanket, funky nose. Taste is nice mild funk and spices that does not overwhelm the senses. Very drinkable and well done. Loses a bit when it warms.

Sample at the brewpub with the club on April 24, 2009. Thin head, very foggy, light yellow color. Great, sweet, refreshing aroma. Tart, citrus flavor. Very refreshing. Not bad, but a slight taste of... for some reason Iím thinking BO. Maybe itís the honey. Very good...
