Bottle 65 cl. Vintage 2012. Pours a cloudy, pale red with a lacing, white head. Sweet and tart raspberry aroma - quite intense. Light-bodied, super dry and lactic with loads of raspberry accents. Dry, refreshing finish. Excellent! 081114 Prufrockstar (2132) - Moscow, Idaho, USA - OCT 28, 2013
Bottle, shared by Greg (thanks!). Ananke and Raspberry ananke tasted side-by-side. From rough notes.

Ananke - pours gold, hazy; light body, soft carb; sour, musty, cereal grains. Nod goes to raspberry here, but definitely nice.
Raspberry - pours an attractive red-pink; huge fruity raspberry nose, smells like candy (cotton candy meets jolly rancher). Some cherry as well. Very nice.
Bottle through trade! Pour has a deep red raspberry color and a fizzle of white head. Aroma has big ripe raspberry, light acidity, berry seeds, and a nice touch of wine barrels. Mouth feel is light and the carbonation medium low. Flavor kicks the base beer up a bit, light tart acidity, berry seeds, oak, raspberry, and a lingering finish. Overall it is a nice fresh berry sour.

Bottle sample from "hannont". Colour...slight cloudy, light ruby with no head. Nose...pronounced raspberry with vinegar notes too. Palate...a quick burst of perfumey raspberry and then the fruit trails off and gets replaced with a generalised acetic flavour. There’s yeasty bits and and lingering tart finish. deekyn (1459) - San Francisco, California, USA - MAR 19, 2014
A - pours glowing copperish red with zero head and zero lacing. S - mmm. Nice funky sour. Tart red berries, lactic tartness and cheese funk to the max. Notes of honey, lemon juice, brown sugar, buttery notes, bees wax. FUNKY! M - nice dry sour. Medium body with a nice solid palate. T - funk. This tastes like funk. Nice cheese and barnyard funk. Pineapple juice, Tart under ripe berries, Lemon juice and brown sugar on the palate. End is yogurt, cheese funk, dough and tart green apple. O - nice funky sour raspberry goodness. brystmar (1314) - Dallas, Texas, USA - APR 12, 2013
Strong blast of raspberries right off the bat. Smells like freshly crushed fruit. Puckering sourness and acidity through and through. The modestly funky Ananke base serves as an excellent vessel here as the fruit really pops. Couldn't be more proud that an American-style framboise this good came from my hometown. Bomber at C&G with everyone. Pours raspberry lemonade red with no head. Aroma us sharp tart note, same as Ananke. Taste is sour tart acidic tasty but sharp. Not much fruit or raspberry. Finish is lasting and really sour. Very nice sour. HighWine (959) - Whalezbro, Illinois, USA - APR 10, 2013
Bottle share at Hunahpu’s Day. I thought I had had this at the brewery before, but maybe not. Tart but not overly sour. Raspberry isn’t overpowering.
