COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Untraditional Belgian-inspired beer brewed with raw wheat and 15% malted rye; seasoned with coriander and orange peel. Tongue-in-cheek take on an ancient classic of the beer world. Delicately spicy, but assertive enough to take on the richest of flavors.

22 nov 2016, bottle. Hazy yellow. Nose is sweet, wit yeast, hints of rye. Med/thin body and mildly fizzy. Sweet, definitely wit but the rye cuts a little of the sweetness. I think they complement each h other well. Nice.

Draft at the Alamodome. Pours cloudy gold with thin off-white head that dissipates quickly. Nose of banana and coriander. Banana upfront with coriander and some rye spiciness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Dough. Honey. Cinnamon. Pours a milky murky honey cream color with a thin white head. Smooth. Medium bodied. Lightly spiced. Yeast. Earth. And a hint of honey. Not bad.

Hazy dull orange color with a tiny white head that drops immediately. Wheat, spicy yeast, and some citrus aroma. Flavor is tasty. Kind of sharp body. The rye spice cuts into the Belgian flavors in a nice way. Easy drinking beer, a little sweet and pretty flavorful.

Lightly hazy yellow orange pour. Strong coriander and citrus aroma. Taste is doughy yeast, coriander, citrus, a little rye spice and some bubble gum. Short finish. Very light and refreshing.

Hazy yellow brew with lots of bubbles and decent head. Smells of coriander and spice. The taste is spicy with hits of the coriander and rye with a bit of the orange zest showing up in there. So far this is the best tasting brew from Freetail. Still don’t like the can and wish it had more alcohol in it to make it more worth while to drink, so even though it is good I am not really planning on buying it again.

12 oz can (from Total Wine- Sleazy Park) served in a shaker- poured a murky yellow-orange color, low carbonation, 3mm head formed with nominal lacing upon the vessel. Aroma of wheat, rye, and yeast. Hits the mouth with a light body, malt tastes like it was interlaced with wheat nicely, middle has some pepper and coriander feel, finish has some rye on the backend of the tongue that makes me crave one of my ham and rye sandMIches that TexUGHtuckies will charge $20 for- and it’s done halfass- and it’s not good. Yea, thanks for that thought!

Aroma is rather faint but hints of wheat, orange and rye. Body is pretty clear for the style, cap is thin and bubbly. Flavor starts with coriander and fades into old wheat.

Can poured a clear gold with a small lasting white head. Aromas of coriander, rye, yeast and light citrus. Palate was light bodied and s!ooth with a dry finish. Flavors of rye, coriander, yeast and light citrus with a smooth dry lingering coriander finish.
