Bottle shared by nuplastikk. Thanks greg! Peaty and a bit salty. Very interesting style that i would like to look into more. Decent tropical fruit kick in there too. Very cool beer.
Visual: (cellared for 1 year). Pours clear light copper orange with a smallish 1cm head, 1mm fine retention, loose clusters of singular active streams.

Nose: sweet-farty medium-heavy barley malt, (lvl-5)-pungency
Attack: sharp crisp bite, malty impression
Mid-palate: (lvl-4-sweetness), very short trace spruce, subtle background short tangy-sour, bready barley malt
Finish: slight grainy wheat malt, stealth lingering soft bitter hops
Summary: I’m not getting a whole lot of spruce, just a trace amount in the at the start of the mids. A good crisp mouthfeel and with a decent body, just not enough overall depth.
16.9 oz bottle from Pilgrim’s, rated last night. Aroma is wheat, lacto, lemony, minerals, oxidation. Pours lightly hazy golden with a one finger white head that falls into a big bubbly ring somewhat quick. Taste is very lightly tart. Not getting any salt or spruce. Pretty oxidized. Pours a half finger of head on a hazy light straw body.
Aroma is mild lemon and salty bread... maybe.
Taste has a mild salt throughout, the tiniest bit of lemon and then water.
Texture is crisp.

BOTTLE 50 CL from Koelschtrinker. Slightly hazy golden, small head. Clean malty Helles-like aroma with subtle fruity/cidery notes. Similar taste - sweet and tart. (backlog 2015, bottles served during blind tasting @What’s Brewing 2015, 2nd session). - A personal favourite as far as spruce needle infusions in modern sour beers go: moderate green bath foam spruce enhances, instead of overpowers, a natural tartness. The mineral wheat base works well with the scented coniferous resins, holding back to stay interesting to the bottom of each bottle. - Along with Brewcifer’s Hops&Needles Spruce IPA among the more succesfull recent attempts to bottle German terroir in a novel way.

Golden orange in color... Aroma of spruce tips, salt... Flavor is very spruce forward, light salt, fruity on finish... Not terribly salty for a gose... Nice

This beer needs to be spruced up a bit. Tart and maybe a hint of salt in there. Lack of head leaves it looking and smelling a bit like some sort of cleaning fluid.
