Bottled (from bierkompass.de). Hazy pale copper colour with mediumsized off-white head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is some caramel, sour wood, mild herbal and spicy notes as well as mild berries. Flavour is sour wood, some mild wheat, herbs, spices and mild red sourish berries. Feels a bit raw still, but this one has probably got some aging potential as well. Rather dry acidic wooden finish and aftertaste. Berliner Weisse meets sour ale. Travlr (26087) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - AUG 4, 2012
Bottle at Churchkey, courtesy of Ed - thank you sir! Cloudy yellow color, small white head. Aroma of dusty lemons. Taste is softly sour citrus, sourdough bread, maybe subtle salt. Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy golden, small head. Mild citric smoky nose. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity and lightly smoky, light lactic sourness, notes of pine needles and butter. Low bitterness. Much, much better and balanced than the Abraxas I had years ago. madmitch76 (25568) - , Essex, ENGLAND - MAY 11, 2013

Stouts III Tasting. Thanks Paul! Cloudy gold beer, little white head. Palate is dry and crisp from fine carbonation. Very light sourness, little lemon but not sharp. Mild smoke. Overall the flavour is a bit watery and yet the palate is bit dry. Finishes with some fruit coming in. Not my favourite from this brewer.
