Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing this bottle. Pours a dark brown color with a few tan bubbles but no real head. The aroma is full of coffee, chocolate and roasted malt. The flavor is similar. The coffee and chocolate notes come through nicely and are complimented by some lactose, nuts and quite a bit of sweetness. Medium to thick mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

3.8
KnutAlbert (6771) - Oslo, NORWAY - MAR 12, 2013
The best of the three versions. Black, some oil, sourness. The coffee adds the elements needed for this to become a proper imperial stout. *On the other hand, a good brewer should do that without many additives.

3.7
Martinus (4692) - Baarle-Nassau, NETHERLANDS - FEB 27, 2013
Clear black colour, red hue, slight off-white rim. Aroma of mocha, coffee, roasted malts and caramel. Mocha flavour, bitter coffee, dark chocolate. Bitter finish, coffee and caramel.
