ACBF. Tried again the next day. Softish palate - a little dry. Fruity malt with a little rosemary. Finishes with a trace of sweet dried fruits and a whisper of bubblegum. Not bad.
Bottle from Braustelle, KölnBeerhunter111 (20487) - P´Castle, GERMANY - DEC 19, 2015
Dark brown color, cloudy, with a generous creamy head. The aroma is mild, but the rosemary wins over the rest; bogmyrtle too. Sweetish mouthfeel, some malt and caramel flavor, some residual sweetness, with moderate rosemary; correct bitterness. Light liquorice too, in the end.
It’s not badly brewed, but I’ll never be a big fan of (traditional) herbs beers.
37.5cl bottle from koelschtrinker, many thanks! Pours slightly hazy dark amber colour with a small beige head. aroma of rosemary, dark malt, wood. taste of rosemary, toothpaste, spices, dark malt, interesting.
Kurz alkoholisch. Gut, erstaunlich harmonisch. 12/12/10/11//11

At ACBF 2011. Bizarre, sour, salt, rosemary. too much herb for me. Pretty much too herby for a beer in my opinion.
