COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Lovingly referred to by Fremonters as the B-BOMB, this bourbon barrel-aged edition of our winter ale has a warming spicy aroma and rich carmelly notes of bourbon, wood and vanilla added to dark roasty chocolatey malt flavors and subtle hopping.

Bottle thanks to bursprak. Pours pitch black with a brown head. Aroma of chocolate, cinnamon buns, bourbon, toffee, fudge, sweet bourbon, vanilla and coffee. Taste of coffee, cinnamon, vanilla, fudge, caramel, chocolate, sweet bourbon and Cocoa nibs.

Dark and thick pour. Sweet throughout. Cinnamon and light roasted coffee, Bourbon, vanilla, light oak, chocolate, light molasses. Rich and sweet. The cinnamon infusion is nice without adding heat. Medium slick body. Very nice and an enjoyable twist.

Velvety and roasted flavour with cinnamon sticks and vanilla. Some bitter coffee notes. Long toffee and oaky finish. Some alcoholic notes. A true sipper.
