Bottle:   Straw colored, a little shade of orange thrown in, large frothy white head, fairly nice lacing, very light carbonation.   Nose is of very dull floral and soft pale fruit.   Similar tongue, pale fruit, a little mealy, with this very dull floral background.   Not quite sure what to make of this one, is it a Saison?   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Clean finish, lingering mealiness and very soft pale fruit and dull floral notes.   Tiz okay, but doesn’t much remind me of Fall...

Tap. Pours a slightly cloudy yellow body with a small fizzy white head that faded to a wispy film. The nose is really interesting, some earthy Saison like yeastiness, wheat, light floral hops, and some botanical notes. The flavor is rather wheat ale like up front, a nice bright hoppiness, some interesting estery yeast byproducts, earthy wheat, and lingering floral hops. Mouthfeel is light and airy with fizzy lively carbonation and a lingering finish. Pretty nice, not the typical BdG, very enjoyable.

This poured a cloudy yellow colorw ith a white head. Aroma was medium spices and yeastyness, some light lemony fruit too. Flavor was fairly dry, mainly spice but bland too. Eh.

Lightly spicy, lightly fruity sweet aromas. A little pepper, citrus, apple, herb notes. Pours hazy golden, great creamy head and awesome lace. The flavor is spicy up front with pepper, herbal notes, a touch of dust, a touch of fruit - apple and white grape, peppery with an herbal lingering spicy finish. Easy to drink, not overly assertive but well put together as usual.

650ml bottle pours a golden orangeish color with a 2 finger white head that leaves some nice thin lacing on the glass. Aroma is caramel malts and some woody earthy hops with a hint of yeast. Taste is bold malty sweetness with a bit of earthy bitter hops and hints of yeast. Not sure what style to classify, but not like any saison I have ever tried. A unique and interesting ’harvest ale’ as it says on the bottle. Quite enjoyable.

(draught at the brewery) cloudy bright gold, very little white bubbles. Nose nose of white wine, alcohol, lavender, floral, grapes, juniper and blueberry. Taste of white wine, juniper, herbal, berries, bit buttery as well though it isn’t offensive. Vinous finish thats also herbal and berry like.

Can shared by Bob, thanks. Gold color. Some sweetness and I do taste some apple, but the flavor and aromas are light and there is not much here. I didn’t enjoy this as much as the other raters in the group.

Light golden in color, hazy with a thin head. Cloves, light fruit aroma and flavors. I get the spices coming out very nice and the malts add to the flavor. Dry and crisp this was a very good Saison.

Served in a Mikasa tulip. Pours a slightly-hazy golden-apricot color with a two-finger white head and some pretty sticky lacing on the way down. Nice collar throughout. The nose is full of wheat and some phenols; there’s a bit of pepper and some light fruit. The flavor is full of wheat and pepper plus some pear and other fruits. A bit of a cidery character as well. A bit heavy on the pepper and phenols. Medium body with a dry finish. Good carbonation. Pretty good, but not something I’d likely go back to.

Off orange appearance. No head Bit of citrus and lemon zest on the nose. Wheat and rye as well Pretty sweet like lemon meringue on the tongue. Bitter bit fleeting with citrus and honey. Maybe a bit of cedar forward notes and floral hibiscus
