Dark black. Tons of chocolate and mocha. Delicious. Chocolate malt after taste. Some roastiness like coffee. I wish I remembered where I got this, it’s really good.

Black pour with a tall, mocha head. Aroma of cocoa powder. The flavor follows the aroma. A bit of sweetness but not overly so, very little bitterness. A bit thin but otherwise a nice beer.

Tasting from 22oz bottle. Dark brown pour with a thin white cream film of head. Really malty aroma and thin but smooth malty flavor. Good example of english style porter.

Beer #16 Asheville trip (not counting re-rates by the way). Pours a very, very deep brown, black at first glance. Flavor and aromas match - light chocolate, some coffee, balanced. A bit thinner than I would have liked, but nice.
