Draft at Urban Orchard. Pours black with a khaki head. Big chocolate notes on the nose. Dry and dusty on the tongue. Its like biting into a bar of bakers chocolate which doesnt sound good but in a beer context it is. Finishes clean.

Draft at the brewery. Poured very dark with a medium-sized tan head. Aroma and flavor were chocolate, some coffee, hints of vanilla, a little ashy. Good sweet/bitter balance, finished dry. Mouthfeel creamy with a light body. Favorite thing I had at the brewery.

Draft at Brewvival 2012. Pours a very dark brown color with a thin brown head that quickly fades. Aroma of roasted malts, chocolate and vanilla. The taste is roasted malts, chocolate, vanilla, bitter hops that linger. Medium-full bodied. Nice beer.
