Bottle. Archer Road Beer Stop, Sheffield. Clear, deep ruby red. Foamy, uneven, off white head. Nose has red berries. Caramel. Spicy malts. Taste is spicy and berry sweet. Some dessert apple. Smooth mouthfeel. Soft carbonation. Berry sweetness again on the finish, with a dry close.

Technisch einwandfreies Bier.

UPDATED: DEC 22, 2017 Bottle, The Offie, Leicester. Dark brown with an off white head. Dark toffee with berries. Lightly smoky. Herbal cola. Medicinal. Tangy berries. Yeasty. Spritzy. Dry woody finish.

And another 0,33 l bottle from kappldav123. Big big thank you! A darkest red brown in the glass, mighty beige frothy head. A lot of coffee and dark choco on the nose. Taste is the same, some sweetness and caramell. Fruity hints. Low bitterness and carbonation. Long lasting aftertaste. Very nice!

Idiosynkrasie (8345) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - OCT 18, 2016
330ml bottle. Darkest brown colour with ruby glimmer and average to huge, fluffy-creamy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, off-white to beige head. Grainy, chocolately, and minimally bready, dark malty aroma, hints of pumpernickel, caramel and treacle, almost a touch of smokiness; all that transforms to minimally cheesy, lactic and whey after a while. Taste displays a similar mixture of chocolately, lactic and caramel flavours. Milk Stout resemblance.

Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass dark brown, nice small head. Starts mild, malty, light roasty. Some light metallically notes. Finish could be more balanced, malty, still a bit metallically. Okay.

Koelschtrinker (22517) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - AUG 4, 2016
Karamellmalziger, leicht trockener Antrunk.

Geschmack süß malzig, schokoladig, toffee, Karamell, lecker!

ElDesmadre (4446) - Mikołów, POLAND - MAR 23, 2015
Draught at the brewpub. Caramelly, a bit tart, almost vinous aroma and flavour with nutty hints. Gets tasty after a few sips, though it is not at all ’dark’ aroma- and flavourwise.
