Sattes gelb mit schönem Schaum. Saubere frische florale und fruchtige Nase. Süsslich-fruchtige Textur, Holunder sauber präsent.Ausgewogen, angenehme Rezens. Ein sehr gefälliges Bier.

cloudy golden-orange colour, almost no foam, very fruity aroma (grape, elder and lemon) with notes of yeast and cinnamon, sweet, fresh, slightly overcarbonated, sparckling and acid with a long fruity and acid finish - a very good and deeply balanced beer

JorisPPattyn (10063) - BELGIUM - JUN 13, 2004
Clear golden-yellow; slim white head. Fine, delicate vegetal nose that reminds me of summer wheat. No doubt it is the elderflower. There’s definitely an aroma of wheat, like for a Belgian wit. Taste is again, delicate sourish, not wheat-like this time, definitely flowery or fruity, bit like nectaring. Flavour of hay. Light to medium bodied. Nice tingling sensation, quite refreshing. Another very nice, remarkable beer. Laurent Mousson failed to convert me to Swiss beer a couple of years ago, Alex ’fiulijn’ is completely succeeding this time.

Bottled 30cl. Courtesy of azlondon. It pours a beer with a huge head. Elderflower, raspberry and aniseed in the nose which is very inviting. There is a nice bite to the taste. Pleasant astringency. Yeast accented- which fits this beer in my opinion. Dry finish which is reminiscent of raspberry, blackberry and elderflower. Delicious. A top notch fruit beer. Big thanks azlondon!

Hazy blond color. Nice fruity aroma; sweet muscadel. Fresh beer, the good base is enhanced by a delicate elderflower note, persistent. A very good one!

golden beer, not a big heaf. smells of elderflowers and floral hops. elderflowertaste but a fruity hidden passionfruitlike hint too. bittersweet flral ending. refreshing

sulphursouls (42) - SWITZERLAND - SEP 7, 2014
Golden colour, not much aroma on the nose. Taste is fairly thin, more like a light juice. Didn’t realise the flavour was meant to be elderflower, but picked it straight away. Very summery.

Bottle from Sébastien @ home - Color: clear golden blond beer with medium carbonation and very high foam. Smell: grassy and fruity beer. Notes of pineapple and lemon. Very nice nose, finish yeasty. Taste: nice fruity taste. You will definitely have the taste of elderberry. Pineapple finish. Aftertaste: elderberry, sweet finish. Nice idea and good realization, except the high head!

Golden, clear, with no head. Berryish hop aroma (elderberry, raspberry). Slightly tart body with some elderberry and honey. Wheat finish.
