Der Antrunk ist sehr rstmalzig, schn fruchtiger Krper gepaart mit leichter Sure. Eine harmonische Hopfenbittere im Abgang macht dieses Bier sehr erfrischend.

Bottled 500ml. -from www.beershop.hr as Friedel-Bru Kellerbier. Pale amber coloured, medium sized off-white head, mild nutty nose. Moderate malty, grassy, spicy hoppy and nutty with touch of caramel and dry bitter finish. Not bad at all but slightly lack of body can be felt here.

Bottle. Only lightly hazed red-orange, suspiciously clear. Whiffs of diacetyl and oxidized caramel, ripe blood oranges and vodka. Has a month left but maybe not well kept. Leans sweet and fruity with a quick snap of mild bitterness, finishing tangy and sweetish. Does have an interesting juicy aspect but if you put Naturtrb on the bottle, why not mean it?

KyotoLefty (10086) - Kyoto, JAPAN - APR 1, 2015
Bottle from Landbierparadies. Pale amber color, orange tints, tall, fine head. Herbal, flowery nose, candy. Sweet and fruity flavor, candy, oranges, flowery hops. Good bitterness. Too much candy-like sweetness is unconvincing. Decent peppery hop finish though.

Moravius (1265) - Beijing, CHINA - JAN 13, 2015
Flasche (als Friedel-Bru Kellerbier, 50 cl, MHD: 05/2015) von Hopfen & Malz, Berlin. - Goldbraun, leicht trb; sahniger Schaum.

As Friedel Zentbechhofen Kellerbier. Many thanks for this bottle to Pivnizub & MoritzF. Pours hazy orange golden with a nice sized white head. Aroma of malt, little bread, grassy hops.

Bottle:Light amber coloured, hazy, big rocky off-white head;fruity-yeasty nose with a caramelly touch, also "green" aromas detectable, a slight hoppy touch as well;drier moderate bitter-sweet flavour, relatively soft and nearly medium bodied; slightly dry rural dark-malty and bitter finish. Only mediocre by franconian standards
Earlier Rating: 2/4/2008 Total Score: 3.3
Bottle (purchased at the Brauerei): "Pale copper" coloured with a huge fluffy off-white head, a bit unclear, sweet-malty (toasted malt too) aroma with a good touch of a franconian barnyard and distinctive traces of hops; moderate to stronger bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied, soft MF; lingering hoppy and toasted-malty finish. Another franconian goody.........

Bottle (gusher!) looks good. Beer in the glass very zippy, huge head. Starts mild, malty, modest yeasty-dry. Mild sourish notes, hints of caramel. Finish still mild, but not washy, a bit metallically. Okay.

Idiosynkrasie (7312) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - NOV 9, 2013
500ml bottle [gusher!]. Cloudy amber colour with huge, frothy to macropore, diminishing, minimally lacing, off-white head. Grainy, strawy, bready-yeasty doughy aroma, a touch of hay, a puff of an efflorescence of lemon zest. Taste is minimally sweet malty-spicy, a touch of caramel, a touch of hay, a fresh, minimally tart touch of lemon and lemon zest; lively carbonation. Nice Zwickel - sadly a good deal of it was lost on the floor.
