MartinT (9617) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - JAN 20, 2017
My Bottom Line:
Peach and apricot juices leak onto this blends silky mouthfeel, as toasted cereals and banana esters set up quite comfortably under it all.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A frothy head of foam settles atop the hazy amber.
-This is a blend of their Zoiglbier and their Hefeweizen Hell. But it is more than that too, since the peach/apricot aromas arent present in this form in either of those beers.
-Drinkability is through the roof.
-The mouthfeel is beautifully cushy.
-Yet another fascinating beer from this totally unknown brewery (to most of us Westerners, I mean).
-That nose was just crazy. How is that much apricot juice possible by simply blending their wondrous Weissbier and lager? Additional late hopping?

On tap at the brewery gasthof.

S bananiger Start. Die Se lsst schnell nach, trocken und leicht herb im Mittelteil, leicht bananig, sffig. Spritzig, leider zum Ende langweiliger da wssrig - auch wenn nach wie vor bananige Noten vorhanden sind. Okay. 10/11/10/8/8/9
