Clear medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity, light to moderate yeasty, belgium yeast. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, anis seed. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a hazy golden with tiny impurities and a dense and lacing white head. Fruit, Belgian yeast and phenols in the nose. Medium body, sweet fruitiness and dry and astringent phenols with quite some hops in the finish also. 161010

A clear blond beer with a lasting creamy head. A lot of citruslike hoparomas. Very fruity flavor. Nicely hopped. These hops from new-Zealand seem very similar to the American Cascade according to me Ober (2814) - Bommelerwaard, NETHERLANDS - FEB 24, 2008
Thanx to William, for the 75 cl bottle.
It’s a clear golden blond colored beer, with a big white foamy head. It stays for a while. A lot of aroma’s of hop and some spices. The taste is a nice hop bitternes, a little sweetness, also some fruits. I didn’t expect these tastes from a beer of 6,5 % vol.alc. A good warmy beer with a nice bitternes, which sticks in your mouth. JorisPPattyn (10061) - BELGIUM - JAN 22, 2008
Huge, dense, yellowish head over (cold)hazy orange beer. Sharp nose, with something like acetone, but also muscat grapes. Later fresh hops, even USA (or NZL!)-like. Quite IPA-like smell. Sweetish base with an outspoken hopbitter overlay. Orangecake/ toast with orange marmalade, orangeblossom tea, sparsely sugared. BIt burning in the finish. Astringency, medium bodied. In the aftertaste, warming up, I detect white candi sugar (even if that’s impossible...). Quite good, bravely hopped for a Belgian ale. Big thanks to WIlliam Roelens! Bottle, 33 cl. Thx to William.
Almost clear blond color, with a thik white fine foam head. Aroma hops, fruity, little spice. Medium body. The first taste is fruity and fresh a light hop bitterness. Continue bit spice, hops and good bitterness. Regular golden beer is pleasant to drink. Nice beer with this hops from new-zealand.
