330 ml bottle. BBE 04/2013.laiti (8531) - Tampere, FINLAND - JUN 29, 2012
Pours a hazy, murky orange colour with a small white head. Aroma of really fresh Citra hops, some Cascade on the nose as well, but mainly citric hops. Flavour of strong hops, citric tartness, tingling pine needles, yeast and some weak caramel. Medium bodied, dryish mouthfeel and a really sharp, bitter but also overly yeasty finish. Aroma is promising but the yeastiness ruins the show by hiding the bitterness and hops in general. Could’ve been something great.
33 cl bottle @ lusikka, BBE 04/2013olio (10694) - Tampere, FINLAND - JUN 29, 2012
Aroma is rather nice with hops, exotic fruits and some gooseberry bush. Flavour is dry and bitter with gooseberry bush and some fruits. Also some sourness with earthy notes making this a Belgian IPA. A bit empty feeling behind all the hops – I think this needs more backbone. The bitterness in the finish is a bit harsh and stale.
33 cl bottle. BBE 04/2013.jesperhammer (5017) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JUN 22, 2012
Pours hazy orange color with small head. Aroma of exotic fruits, hops, grass, mild floral notes and orange peel. Flavor of hops, fruits, some grass, yeast and mild malts. A bit stuffy and bitter dry palate with a fruity finish. Nice aroma but the taste is a bit off, still decent.
19-JUN-2012, draft @Un Mare di Birra.
Murky amber with tan head.
Yeaty and hoppy aroma.
Very hoppy. Hops are citric and earthy.
Finish a bit alcoholic. Miksu (5052) - Jyväskylä, FINLAND - JUN 20, 2012
0.33 l bottle. Hazy brown color. Sweet aroma with dank, petrol and prunes. Sweet, bitter and nutty flavor with lemon, licorice and dank. Very surprising aroma and flavor, there is some weird yogurty yeastiness.

On tap: Cloudy, amber coloured, big stable creamy to rocky off-white head, solid citrussy herbal nose with a malty and a slight touch; solid bitter-sweet flavour; dry grapefruity-hoppy finish, some cough syrup detectable. Yes, a nice brew… ThirstyBird (3020) - Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - JUN 17, 2012
Pours a muddy honey color with Alan head that stays around. It smells great - tropical fruit, spice, yeast. Taste is yeasty, fruity and crisp / dry. The palate is light + and the carbonation is on the lighter side and smooth. Overall another nice beer from Fritz Ale! Kristall-König (2820) - Oldenburg, GERMANY - MAY 22, 2012
Festival der Bierkulturen, Köln - Zitrusartiger Duft. Beginnt stark zitrusbehaftet (Grapefruit). Mittig dann gewürzig-hefig. Malzwürziger, zitroniger Abgang; trocken bitter. Interessante Kombination - ausbaufähig. kjc51478 (441) - Valparaiso, Indiana, USA - MAY 14, 2012
200ml Sample at Bierkultur Festival in Köln-Ehrenfeld. Appearance is cloudy, orangish-tan color with lots of beige, foamy head. Aroma is somewhat mild in strength with notes of passion fruits, bread, and yeast. Taste is similar with prevalent fruitiness, mango, and cherry. There’s a nice and subtle Belgian yeast coming through with bread flavors as well. There’s also a good citrus hop bite. Palate is medium-bodied, very smooth, soft carbonation, and a semi-dry finish. This is an excellent hybrid beer that brings together IPA and Belgian distinctives. Great Brew! jfb (6984) - GERMANY - APR 26, 2012
(draught) pours a murky copper-brown colour with a frothy off-white head. aroma of limes, oranges and yeast, holly, herbal hops and strawberries, slightly musty with notes of bubble-gum. flavour is mostly the same, quite mellow and fruity, with notes of cherries, straciatella and apricots, bread dough and light citrus fruits in the light-bitter finish. medium-bodied with average carbonation.
