Aroma: fruity and coriander. adamnowek (3397) - Brussels, BELGIUM - MAY 25, 2016
Appearance: hazy straw color and no head.
Taste: zety, coriander, fruity, lemon zesty, quite dry.
Palate: low body and medium carbonation.
Overall: At most average witbier, should be more intensive.
Run of the mill witbier with all the usual characteristics. Head is really small and uneven.

Maison Blanche is basically a witbier and a fairly nicely made one at that. Cloudy light gold, big coriander, orange, wheat and clove aroma. Alright. nimbleprop (8808) - SouthWest, Washington, Washington DC, USA - JUL 20, 2014
4oz pour at the Toulouse location comes out a hazy gold with some creamy, sudsy white head. Nose is crisp malt, grass, hay, mild coriander, mild lemon peel. Flavor is solid, grassy, pepper, lemon, cracker, coriander. Crisp finish. Solid for the style. vipinvelp (4554) - Velp, NETHERLANDS - FEB 25, 2014
Lemon yellow color, clear, no foam. Aroma is lemon (because I had a small taster and they put whole lemon part in it) still taste wheat, strong taste. Lasting aftertaste. Have to try without the lemon slice. (Paris 201402) erickok (6036) - Leuven, BELGIUM - NOV 8, 2013
Okay looks, very standard and a bit too clean. Wheat, clean yeast actually for a blanche, green banana, bit herbal. Very pale malts. Okay, too simple. Body is also off, just a soft unpleasant idea that doesn’t match the style. More a golden ale with wheat. (On tap at The Frog & Rosbif) worldbeertaste (1818) - West Midlands, ENGLAND - JUL 31, 2013
Medium pale gold with a white slides off the glass lacy white, lasting head. Smells of coriander, wheat, banana, some slight straw\corn rustiness. Frothy medium oily body with medium carbonation. Tastes of wheat with a log staleness that could be a balance or too much wheat. Missing a bit of citrus. Orange peel on the finish. Refreshing but a bit bitter.
