Pint at the brewery. Pours a super, super cloudy orange with a frothy head. Thyme is all over the aroma, so much that it covers up the hops, if there are any to speak of. Despite the heavy use of the spice it is natural and clean. When I take a sip my palate is awash with more thyme. The malts are bready and semisweet. This is decent for a spiced ale. Thyme is obviously the main character, but this still tastes like beer beyond that. Interesting.
