On draft at Frog & Rosbif in Toulouse. Pours a clear yellow/amber with frothy white head. Aroma of ginger and malts, taste similar, sweet with citrus. High carbonation, almost like a champagne, medium bodied. Very refreshing. adamnowek (2644) - Brussels, BELGIUM - MAY 25, 2016
Clear brass colour. Strong and fresh ginger aroma. Taste is incredibly fresh ginger with a bit of malt. I could knock back nine of these on a hot day. bhensonb (15094) - Woodland, California, USA - MAY 7, 2009
Cask at the F&B in Paris. Amber gold color with a creamy beige head. Smells like ginger. Medium body with mild carbonation. Flavor is mild caramel with a largish dose of ginger. Bet this would be great with sushi! I love ginger. badlizard (5533) - Berkeley, California, USA - NOV 8, 2012
On tap at brewery. Clear yellow with no head. Sweet spicy peppery aroma. Tastes of crisp orange and Ginger with a black pepper finish. Not bad. Quack-Duck (9484) - Down South, GERMANY - MAY 7, 2012

Clear ginger yet with enough moderation. Soft herbal aroma, actually better than I expected. Light bubbly, easy to drink although a bit astringent aftertaste. KansaiBeerLvrs (5097) - Kyoto, JAPAN - AUG 8, 2015
Ginger twist Amber ale 4.2% pours the light gold I am coming to expect from these guys. Nice fruity ginger and light Pilsner malt notes. Somewhat radler like but tasty.

Draught (Frog & Rosbif, Paris) - Amber in colour. Citrus and ginger in the aroma with hints of spicy malt and peach. Tangy and spicy taste with ginger, hops and peach detected. blankboy (7662) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 18, 2015
[Draught at Frog XVI, Paris, May 22] 31st rating of my Paris/Amsterdam trip. Pours a hazy yellow-gold, quite bubbly, with a small diminishing fizzy white head. Aroma of grain, fruit and ginger along with a bit of bread and that’s it. Slightly watery flavour has a good amount of ginger -- kind of tastes like a Blonde Ale with some ginger. Average bodied. Not as much ginger as I’d like but still more then some -- just pretty good overall. GeneralGao (3614) - Iowa City, Iowa, USA - MAY 16, 2007
Draft at the Frog & Princess in Paris. Poured a clear orange color. Head was white and left a little lace behind. Distinct, but subdued ginger aroma and flavor with a light citrus malty caramel accents. Interesting beer.
