Clear medium to dark red brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, chocolate, wood, light smoke. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, dusty, roasted, wood. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

(Bottle) Clear dark ruby with good tan head. Subtle aroma of dark toffee. Pleasant soft palate with bright and velvety carbonation. Great taste has a backbone of toffee and dark malty sweetness with some nice dark chocolate bitterness for balance. A good beer and very easy to drink.
