On tap at the brewery. Hazy gold appearance with a white head. Aroma of banana, bubblegum, and clove spice. Similar flavor, adding some yeasty notes and a mild sweetness. Light to medium body. Not too bad overall. rondphoto (4518) - Lakeside Park, Kentucky, USA - JUN 17, 2014
on tap @ Front Street Brewery / Davenport IA --- Cloudy dark gold color, rim head, splotches of lace. Taste is watery wheat that develops body as it moves through the palate, gathering caramel and malt along the way. The finish introduces lingering light hops and spice. Not a complex beer at all, but it is drinkable. ARH (1139) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUN 17, 2014
On tap, poured into a 4oz sampler glass. The aroma is a mellow banana, vanilla, and clove - pretty traditional hefe ntoes, just a bit muted. It’s a cloudy, pale straw colored beer stained on it’s surface with a light cloudy, white micro bubble head, a medium thin ring, and a very light lacing. A medium sweetness combines with a medium bitterness for the taste - it’s a touch astringent. The texture is creamy, with a soft, bubbly lace, and a medium body. A grassy quality finishes this one with a banana pudding, lemon, and clove spicy note. The aftertaste is bready and spicy with a moderate lingering power. keepersj12 (3142) - Sicklerville, New Jersey, USA - MAR 26, 2014
Too cold for this style but still pretty good. Has a nice lemony wheat aroma from a light gold pour with a frothy head. The taste is smooth with a hint of lemon and a lot of pilsner like malt. Well balanced and very refreshing.

I’ve moved beyond Hefe’s, but this was a good transition beer for me. I recommend it! BVery (11461) - Plymouth, Minnesota, USA - NOV 25, 2011

On tap at brewpub, pours a clear golden with no head, there is a slight spiced aroma but the flavor is pretty weak with hardly anything to it, just another average brew. Cavie (4874) - Arlington, Texas, USA - MAY 30, 2010
Tap at the pub. Clear light yellow color. Aroma is of floral hops, fruit and wheat. Banana nose. Taste is fruity and grassy with an easy finish. drowland (9186) - Georgia, USA - AUG 6, 2009
I had this on tap at the brewpub in a pint glass. I didn’t take notes beyond the numbers, but I remember it being pretty average.
