Fles van het Biermoment. Veel zure framboos, beetje plastic en leer, fruitig. Vrij zuur, weer wat plastic. Mag van mij wat zachter en iets meer gebalanceerd

Oddly shaped bottle. Pours a clear copper colored beer with a quickly disappearing off white head on top. Aroma has notes of raspberry funk, some tartness and some light saison yeast. Really mild and nothing clear in your face. Flavor is light tart, red fruits, hint of apple and forest fruits, some acidity in the back. Almost no carbonation going on here. Short lived, light tart aftertaste. Interesting stuff.

Bottle at brett fest. Pink color. Aroma of raspberry, tart, fruit juice. Taste has lots of raspberry, mild oak, lacto sourness, bitter herbs and a fruit juice finish. Nice.

sjogro (4841) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - MAR 28, 2017
Bottle shared at home courtesy of Maakun. Hazy cardinal red with white head. Sweet and sour raspberries, bit of plastified cardboard, milk skin. Moderate sweet and quite sour. Medium body, soft carbonation. A lot of weird "off" tastes in this, but there’s also a beautiful raspberry in there. Wish I could sip the good apart from the bad. The good in this tastes extraordinary good, but each sip it’s immediately terminated by the bad, sickly weird plasticcy milk skin finish.

skortila (5996) - Baarn, NETHERLANDS - FEB 27, 2017
Bottled. 37,5cl sample. The aroma has raspberries, light marzipan, some bubblegum. Hazy, red-pink coloured beer with a thin, pink lace. The taste is light sweet and medium sour, has a nice raspberry fruitiness, some sugary sweetness, ligh marzipan. Finishes more astringent with vinegar sourness. Aftertaste is a bit off, but I am enthousiastic about the raspberry fruitiness.
