On tap at Bistro-Café-Goar, on the Rhine. Pours a clear, yellow color, with a big, fluffy, white head. The aroma is pine and resin, with some light floral notes, cereals, vanilla, and pepper. Dry, with a lot of hop bitterness. Light body, crisp, and sticky. This is an interesting, refreshing, and tasty beer. Piepenhenrich (1170) - Steinbach, GERMANY - OCT 8, 2017
Being brought up on Altbier it's hard to be objective on Kölsch. I tried hard and sampled many, but it never clicked for me. Früh is among the better. gorkogrlo (359) - Zagreb, CROATIA - OCT 5, 2017
Can, 0.5l. Small white, shortliving head. Pale color. Aroma of metal and grass. In flavor some peach and honey notes. Light body. Balanced, maybe little bit on sweet side. Overall: nothing special. Main difference from "macrolager" are just a bit more highlighted fruity and malty notes in taste biilz (157) - SPAIN - SEP 29, 2017
ChadPolenz (1847) - Lakeland, Florida, USA - SEP 23, 2017

2015 BJCP Category: 5B Kölsch
AROMA: Light fruity notes, especially of white grape with slight pear or apple notes. Clean, grainy-malt but with no residual sweetness. No bready character. Noticeable sulfur character (acceptable for style). Low floral/spicy hops. Clean fermentation. 10/12
APPEARANCE: Beautiful golden hue (2-4 SRM); brilliant clarity; effervescent. Large white foam mostly dissipates but still laces some. 3/3
FLAVOR: Soft malt palette throughout. White grape flavor is noticeable up front with a constant peppery taste and dryness in the background which bites a little as it finishes. Slight sulfur character is noticeable, but not distracting (acceptable for the style). No bread or dough character. Clean fermentation. Clean aftertaste. 17/20
MOUTHFEEL: Medium-light body; medium-high carbonation. Smooth, crisp, refreshing, quaffable and sessionable at 4.8% ABV. 5/5
OVERALL IMPRESSION: Delectable, fun to drink, and a fantastic example of the style. Almost perfect. 9/10
TOTAL SCORE: 44/50

On tap at KVB. Comes with a clear, light golden color and a small white head. Moderate nose of grass and malt. hints of green fruits.Taste is moderate sweet with malty flavors and bitter hops. MikeBeermaster (977) - that shaggy maggot, POLAND - AUG 22, 2017
Tough estery aroma (maybe little bit solvent-like) with notes of wet malt and grainy back. Clear pale golden in the glass medium head. Taste is really neutral – hard to say if it’s dry or sweet. Grainy, wet malty notes are still dominant with faint estery touch. Finish is minimal hoppy with earthy back. Average, looks better than it tastes.
