COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Frydenlund Bokkøl er et mørkt øl brygget med flere maltsorter. Smaken er fyldig og aromatisk med kraftig maltsødme mot mokka og karamell, fin fruktighet og balansert bitterhet. Bokkøl er ølets svar på portvin og passer til så vel kraftige kjøttretter som til en god dessert - et øl for kjennere.

Clear dark red brown beer, small creamy aery beige head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: yeast, some banana, caramel, grains. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: grains, malty, quite some caramel, banana peel, bit sweet. Aftertaste: malty, bitter touch, soft roast, some coffee, dark chocolate, pretty nice.

From bottle on board Fridtjofen 11.08.17. Dark mahogany. Beige head and lacing. Excellent aroma and taste of dates, dried berries, roasted nuts and medium dark malt. Taste and some bitterness is lingering on. A very good bock beer with excellent drinkability.
