Süßlich-weiziges Bier.

Little hazy pale yellow beer, big fizzy white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: some citrus peel, bit sourish, a bit off. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: pretty sour, bit lemony, wheat, soft bitterness, hint of banana, bit sweet. Aftertaste: bitter, citrus, some banana, bit grassy, sourish, refreshing, yet a bit watery.
Bottle @ Brewpub. Pours a hazy golden beer with a big white head on top. Aroma is grainy, malty, yeasty, not really this typical weizen aroma unfortunately. Flavor is rather boring, decent amount of malts and light sweetness. Misses the typical weizen characteristics I love. Okay. kerenmk (4753) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - JUL 4, 2014
Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks DSG. Cloudy blond with white head. Citrusy and a little dusty aroma, smooth, slightly bitter, a little tarty taste. Medium-to-full body, delicate bitter finish. zvikar (6172) - Ramat Gan, ISRAEL - JUN 7, 2014

Bottle shared at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks Erzengel for this bottle! Cloudy yellow with a big frothy white head. Pleasant citric aroma with some fruitiness and bread. Flavor has a bit of sweetish bread, wheat, citric fruitiness and a drier finish with a bitterish note. Medium-bodied. Refreshing. Very different from a Bavarian Weissbier. Cloudy tan with a bumpy head. Aroma is wheat and pale malt, taste has wheat, lemony notes, lively yeast, pears, and a dryish finish. Really nice. Really high quality wheat ale. McTapps (6889) - Reutlingen, GERMANY - DEC 15, 2013
Beer pours out of the bottle (directly at the brewpub) in a cloudy yellow colour with big steady head and medium body. Aroma of years and wheat. Taste of light yeast, fresh hops, citrus, mango, oranges and flowers. Despite the fact that I just can’t stand Hefeweizens, this one was superb. If all Hefeweizens would taste like this I would drink it more frequently by choice. Hoppy-citrus finish and a nice high carbonation - really nice, quaffable and high enjoyable. UPDATED: DEC 15, 2013 Unfassbarer Abgang Richtung Fruchtcocktail. Zudem minimal Blockhefe. Irgendwie eher weizig und ohne diese bloeden bayrischen Bananen. Ungewoehnlich und erstaunlich ausgeglichen unausgeglichen. deyholla (11604) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - OCT 27, 2013
Bottle. Pours a hazy light yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of earthy wheat with a hint of banana and lemon. Flavor has same earthy wheat with supporting light lemon and a hint of clove.
