It’s an unpretentious easy to drink beer. Brewed to 1516 purity laws it delivers a crisp, easy to drink and fresh taste. That doesn’t come over carbonated and bloaty. Definitely a great session beer. Mildly hoppy with a slight bitter after taste that doesn’t linger too long, pairs with all types of food.

330 ml bottle at home. Thanks Nils! Clear pale golden color with white head. Malty aroma, grainy, straw, very bready. Sweet and light bitter taste like aroma. Light thin to oily body with soft carbonation

28.01.2016. 0,33l Bottle. Golden yellow colour with white head. Grassy aroma with lots of dry bitter yellow hay. Straw. Bitter and fresh. Body is ok with pretty good flavours of malt. Good grassy hops gives the beer a nice freshness.

Bottled. Yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is herbal, grassy and some mild rubbery and grainy noyes. Flavour is quite similar with also some mild bready notes.

hawthorne00 (4198) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - NOV 27, 2015
Bottle, bb 8/16. Gold with a large white head that doesn’t last terribly well. Grain, grass and just a bit cardboardy. Thin. Sweet, grainy, grassy. Somewhat rough bitterness and a little lemon at the end. Considerably better than expected.

33cl bottle. Pours clear deep golden colour with huge most good lasting white head. Aroma of grain, cereals, hey, mild hops. Taste of grains, barley, pale malt, mild hops, watery palate.

Let’s be honest: we all bought it for the name. Typical appearance, nice looking head. Pretty reasonably hopped with a mildly funky aroma.

Your typical bad German supermarket pilsner that likely only sells because of the name. Gift from uckelman

LazyPyro (1809) - Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - OCT 11, 2015
330ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Must admit I did buy this solely due to the name. Actually a fairly nice lager though, would drink again. Nice and refreshing. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Grassy aroma. Mild malt and hoppy flavour.
17th March 2015.

zacgillbanks (5661) - Tyne & Wear, ENGLAND - OCT 10, 2015
Bottle from Rehills, Newcastle. Hazy straw coloured with a gentle grassy and toffee flavour, followed by a malty and slightly bitter finish.
