An American inspired pale ale using European malts and American hops. The light addition of crystal and chocolate malt contribute to the orange hue of the beer along with some caramel notes. Cascade hops are added late in the boil along with Simcoe hops in the whirlpool to give this beer it’s unique apple, tangerine and citrus profile. The yeast from America also contribute some light strawberry notes to this tasty beer from Fuglsang. A celebration of Spring in Denmark!

Thanks for the gift Harvey! A 12 oz bottle. Pours a lovely orange hue with a nice white dense head. The foam is rocky and sticks around. Aroma of grapefruit, melon and slight note of pine. Definetly US hops being used with enough hop aroma to suggest dry hopping. The taste is some malty caramel with forward bitterness and a delightful mild bitterness in the finish. The finish is moderately dry which keeps me coming back for another drink. A very drinkable pale ale made in Europe.....WTG!

Light pale ale. Not much of anything. Slightly hint of american pale ale, but dissapointing.

By no means a revolution, but a very decent Pale Ale by a fairly main stream brewery. Moderate bitterness, flowery hops and well balanced malt. Good - and cheap.

Poured from can. Pours clear/golden with a nice tan head. Fruity hops aroma with light caramel malt flavor. Other flavors include hop bitterness, some fruit and a slight nutty/roastiness. Very much enjoy this beer, a good beer to have two or three of on a nice day.

Can at home. Aroma is bready malt, caramel, toffee, spicy hops, bit sugary, candied fruity notes, marmalade. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet and light to moderate bitter with a bittersweet finish. Body is medium. Not very hoppy and not much of an APA at all, but not a bad beer either. Has some nice rich malts and sweet marmalade flavours.

Ca. Pours hazy amber with a White head. Aroma of light citrus, caramel, light hops, stale, hint of butter. Taste is very sweet, stale hops. Blah

---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

500ml can @ Shrewsbury Beer Share, March 16, thanks to Mike! Pours amber, white head. Aroma is sweetcorn & syrupy orange. Taste is boozy with a barley wine marmalade sweetness, with a metallic dry finish. Not a great start to the evening.

500ml Can on 7th March 2016: Shrewsbury Beer Exchange Group meeting. Thanks Simon (I think), for bringing this. Clear amber pour, white head that tried to hang around. Fairly sweet tasting brew with a definite corn like feel to the whole thing, grainy beer and a long way from being an APA in my limited experience of drinking them.

dark-red to brown color with big off-white head, malty bready aroma with some fruits, taste is citric with lots of malt, medium sweetness and bitternerss, bitter finish, oily mouthfeel, lively carbonation, a little too sweet but nice
