What a classic! One of the better danish pilsners, and the perfect companion to the danish lunchtable an frsh baked rye bread. This is the lighter choice/edt. of the Black Bird. Good stuff, but no revolution
Aroma: Sweet corn and fruity sweetness.
Flavour: fruity sweet with corn and a slightly bitter finish.
Colour: pale yellow with a white head.

Pale clear look with a small sticky head. Mild herbal aroma. Quite easy going and tasty for this situation.

Nice, bright yellow pilsner with white head. A fruity hoppy aroma and light bitter taste. Well carbonated. Good pilsner.

Catch up rating. Comparable to other Danish lagers like Carlsberg or Tuborg. Cereal in nature, pale golden, with light, airy head. Normal lager aroma and taste, back (2158) - Holstebro, DENMARK - AUG 22, 2013

330 ml bottle, from a border shop near Flensburg (where I nearly ruined their system by buying a single bottle, they normally sell it only in whole crates). ABV is 4.8%. Pale yellow colour, pours very fizzy with a large to moderate white head. Strong sweetish aroma of pilsener malts, candy and grass. The flavour is bland and medium sweet, notes of malt sugar, not offensive, but has far too little bitterness to deserve to be called a "pilsener". Could have been worse though.
