Draft - Tons do soft grains. Clear gold with a rich white head. Bright up front hops and lots of grain notes. Very nice. Oakes (19409) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 23, 2016
Touch of haze. Bright pale malts, herbal hops, good bitterness. Nicely balanced pils. Quite good pils jc1762 (1651) - Washington DC, USA - JAN 16, 2016
On tap into a plastic cup showinh clear filtered dark yellow with a finger of clean white foam.
The nose shows light tropical hops and malts.
The palate is perfectly and smoothly carbonated and medium to full bodied. Begins with flavors of light apple to lightly sweet and grainy malts with the final pils bitterness to finish it off. left_bank (106) - JAPAN - JAN 4, 2016
Citrus, hoppy, crisp tasting beer that finishes very refreshing.I might have had a better Japanese brewed pils over the years, but offhand I cannot think of one. willisread (3802) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - JUN 9, 2015
On tap at Watering Hole. Crystal clear straw color with a medium-sized white head that lasts throughout. Aromas of grain, biscuit, peach and papaya all present. Taste is more of the same with the malts really standing out. The fruit flavors take a back seat to lightly peppered hops. Great take on a pilsener and so good served fresh on tap.

Draught at Bungalow. Slightly azy straw colour, decent head. Aroma is earthy hops with some yeast. Flavour is crisp and clean, but nthing radical. gnashville (4) - Victoria, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 28, 2014 does not count
A bit of an interesting take on a pilsner. A nose of grassy hops and slight tropical fruit. Brilliant gold, slightly hazy body looks inviting, and comes through with some peach, earthy hops and a pleasantly crisp finish. Nice to see a beer like this from Japan. Good.
Thanks to KansaiBeerLvrs for the bottle. maekchu (4104) - Hirakata, JAPAN - JUL 20, 2014
Tap at GJBF Osaka 2014. Fine grainy, grassy, and lightly stinky nose. Clear peach juice color. Big grass right away, Saaz-strong flavors in mid palate, along with some malt sweetness. Smooth and lightly lemony. Very crisp and clean. Solid pils.
