Clear medium amber orange colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, soft - smooth. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. 
UPDATED: DEC 31, 2012 Cask at the Pretty Bricks, Walsall. Poured a clear golden brown with a big creamy white head and bags of lace. The aroma is malty with citrus notes. Cask conditioned gravity dispense Olde England Northampton 17/09/12. A hazy bronze coloured beer with no head. Quite fruity and zesty in the mouth. The aroma has light berry sweetness and citrus notes. Quite tangy and pretty decent.

Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is caramel, floral notes, bread and some mild toffeeish notes. Flavour is fruity, wooden, mildly toasted and some slight caramel. Pleasant and nicely bitter.

Cask, The Pub, Leicester. Dark amber with a thin foam. Aromas are earthy with mellow berries and vinous notes. Toffee malts with caramel and some medicinal notes. Flavours are sweet, earthy berries with lots of spicy, peppery notes. Background caramel sweetness with traces of floral, dark honey. Dry with pithy bitterness to finish. Pretty good.
