We hit this full bodied IPA with “nookie” four times during the brewing process to give this ale its trademark Chinook hop character. We then “dry nookied” this flavorful ale to further enhance its grapefruit and pine aroma.

Pours a hazy copper golden with minimal head. Nice fruity aroma, maybe a bit of a grapefruit scent. Light body, nice mouthfeel. Nice hop flavor, pick up some grapefruit and slight pine on the back of the tongue. Finishes very dry but nice ipa nonetheless. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Poured a light golden orange color with aromas of floral hops, pine and a touch of pineapple. Flavors are light soapy floral notes up front with some pineapple mixed in and had a pine malt backbone. Decent beer overall.

Pours burnt orange with a small offwhite head. Aroma is citrus, floral and caramel. Taste is bitter with some sweetness. Medium bodied with some stickiness.

Very strong bittering and aroma hops. Strong enough back end to support the hoppiness, but I would like a little more malt personally. Great beer overall from my favorite Pennsylvania brewery.

Bottle: The aroma consists of light-moderate grapefruit, light caramel, and a touch of fruit. It pours a cloudy burnt orange with a one finger off-white head that quickly fades to a thin film outlined by a soapy ring. There is a decent amount of dotted lacing left on the sides of the glass. The flavor starts with very quick dose of caramel and faint fruit. The finish is very bitter with heavy pine and slightly less grapefruit. It’s medium bodied with moderate-heavy carbonation.

12 ounce bottle into tulip glass, best before 1/2014. Slight gusher upon opening. Pours hazy deep orange copper color with a 2-3 finger dense and rocky light khaki head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with some light streaming carbonation. Aromas of big grapefruit, orange peel, lemon zest, tangerine, floral, grass, pine, light caramel, bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Very nice aromas with bright citrus/pine hops and light-moderate malt presence; with good strength. Taste of big grapefruit, tangerine, lemon zest, pine resin, floral, grass, light caramel, bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Sizable pine bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, lemon zest, pine resin, floral, grass, light caramel, and floral earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice bright citrus/pine hop flavors with a light malt presence; with a fairly dry finish with no cloying bitterness. Medium-high carbonation and medium bodied; with a very crisp and sticky mouthfeel that is good. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a very nice IPA. Good complexity of bright citrus/pine hop flavors with light malt presence; and very crisp to sip on. A very enjoyable offering.

Amber/caramel colored pour. Small white head. Little lacing. Big piney, resiny hop aroma. Malt tucked in as well. Malt flavor with a nice pine hop. Bready. Not bad.

Pours a clear amber color with an off-white head. Aroma of earthy and grapefruit hops and light malt. Flavor of citrus hops and sweet malt with quite a bit of hops at the finish.

Draft.Copper color with a white head. Nice citrus nose. Bitter orange rind flavor messed this one up. I love Full Pint but this one fell short for me.
