3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
This really wasn’t bad at all. Orange amber, off clear, with some yeast clumps at the end of the bottle. Pine and grass on the aroma with more pine and citrus in the flavor without too much harshness. Almost dry and a little thin for an IPA, but would could be outstanding as an over the top pale ale (without the yeasty floaters).
Draft. Bright pine and lightly fruited. Drinkable and clean on the finish. Fairly balanced. Nejhleader (1574) - Lemoyne, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 17, 2017
a nice pine hop aroma. Taste is a tart citrus with some pine and matching aftertaste. Patt79 (1) - Cheswick, Alabama, USA - MAR 9, 2017 does not count
Really like this bitter but not too bad on alcohol volume IPA. Smoother than most I’ve had. solidfunk (9363) - Washington D.C., Washington DC, USA - SEP 20, 2016

The Butcher and the Rye, tap: pours clear amber with a white head. Atoma is pine, light citrus and heavy malt. Taste is relatively bitter. Kind of malty. Not a bad IPA bit most definitely old school.

Pours a clear deep amber with a medium head of white foam. Not much flavor and a bit harsh. Not that enjoyable. Voodoo (695) - Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 30, 2015
Pours a hazy amber with little to no head, looks a bit like a homebrew which can be a good thing.....aroma of malt sweetness, sugars, touch of pine.....taste is heavily hopped in bittering, fair mouthfeel, fig, pine notes. A nice change of pace to the grapefruit juicers. yespr (47048) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - OCT 1, 2015
