3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle - from sampler pack. Medium golden color - clear. Very clean aroma. Pretty good. Some malt and a decent ammount of hops. Be nice to know the stats on this but for now the bottle is labelled besides the brewery and standard things just "Beer."
Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a crystal clear dark amber color with a medium sized foamy off white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was faint with a mild tangy note and a hint of golden fruit. The flavor was oddly tangy yet dryish with a hint of golden fruit. Medium length fruit finish. Medium body. Not bad. Pours a clear golden with a pillowy white head which lingers......aroma of sweet grass, touch of lemon, pils tap room kind of smell......taste is crisp, clean, sweet maltiness up front, melon, slight bitterness on the back end....quite a quaffable brew. Pours gold with small white head. Aroma is grass, wheat and light yeasty notes. Medium bodied, alcohol somewhat noticeable as it warms. alobar (3914) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 27, 2015
Hazy straw yellow pour with aroma of grain and lemon. Lemony citrus flavor grain and some grass. Decent for the style. gsmitty80 (2130) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 12, 2015
Nice higheralcohol kolsch that was very easy to drink and enjoyable. No off flavors just a wheaty and yeasty session.

This poured a golden color with a white head. Aroma was grassy hops, pale malt, light sweetness. Flavor again earthy hops, light sweetness and cloying foe a kolsch, lacking malt depth. TheJester (2543) - Cavan Monaghan, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 26, 2014
355 mL bottle from the brewery. Clear gold with a short-lived white head. Mild grainy aroma. Mild grainy flavour. Not much to it, but that’s the style. Nate (4296) - Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 12, 2014
On tap at Water Works Burgatory. Very light hop aroma, a little bit of sweetness. No off aromas. Pale golden clear with thin white head. Medium-light body with medium-dull carbonation. Starts pretty sweet with mild pilsener malt and corn-like note. Medium bitter hops. Refreshing but not quite as light or subtle as authentic Kölsch. Clean, beany after. r464 (2370) - Earth, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 7, 2014
Light and smooth. Malty with a hint of citrus, spice, and earthiness. The finish lingers a bit. LinusStick (3510) - Moon Twp, suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 30, 2014
On tap at Bocktown. Aroma was a little weak. Could pick up some light malt and grass. Pour was a clear light gold with a thin white film for a head. Taste was alright. Very lemony. Not sure where that came from. Nice and lightly sweet with an understated light malt backbone. Little to no carbonation which was a little disappointing. Other than that would make for a good summer beer.
